To verify your OROPAY Personal Account, log in to your account using our mobile app or the website. Go to ‘Profile’ and choose ‘Limits’. All you need to do is to upload the required documents:
A clear picture of your Passport or National ID (front and back page)
*Note that driving licenses and expired documents are not accepted.
2. A clear picture of your Utility Bill (i.e. electricity, water, gas, landline phone or home internet) or Bank Statement, up to 6 months
*Note that mobile bills and bank statements from other Electronic Money Institutions are not accepted.
As soon as, you provide us with the above-supporting documents, we will review them and proceed accordingly with the verification of your eWallet.
